SAMMIE OKPOSO the great  Famous Gospel Artist of many seasons known for Wellu Wellu song is dead. He died at the age of 51 in his house in Lagos.

His passing was recorded to have happened at the early hours of 25th November 2022,

The great singer has been hypertensive for a while, His death was recorded months after he was mentioned in a case of adultery scandal. He admitted he was involved in an extramarital affair.

He has since apologized to his beautiful wife, Ozioma and to the body of Christ, via his Instagram page on the 24 of January 2022, for infidelity. It was gathered that a lady known as African Doll has accused him of abandoning her after impregnating her. He begged  Nigerians to please pray for him too.

Littles has been heard of him since until the news of his demise, 

It will be recalled Sammie Okposo got married to his beautiful wife, Ozioma Mkparu on the 1st of July 2010 at the Lagoon Restaurant and Banquet Hall Lagos.

Sammie was the Chief Executive Officer of Zamar Entertainment which is in collaboration with many gospel artists within Nigeria and all over the world, He has a list and more concerts for December like "Sinach and Friends Live in Concert" slated for Sum Dec 11th  2022 at Expo Hall  Eko Hotel The Line up is Loaded. 

Before his demise the great musician told his friends and fans that he would take a back seat, focus on restoration from God and seek for forgiveness from God, his wife and the entire fans who he has disappointed.
